Refund Policy
- Refunds usually take 7–15 banking business days to reflect in your account.
- The timeline may vary depending on your bank.
Failed Transactions
- If your payment is deducted but the order is not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded as per your bank’s policy.
- Since the payment is not received by us, we are unable to process such refunds manually.
Return & Replacement Policy

Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
- Share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.
- Ensure the video is taken from opening the package till showing the issue.
- Send the video to us via email.
- Once we receive and verify the issue, we will initiate a replacement.
Important Conditions
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or replacements for:
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Claims without proper unboxing proof
