Refund Policy

  • Refunds usually take 7–15 banking business days to reflect in your account.
  • The timeline may vary depending on your bank.

Failed Transactions

  • If your payment is deducted but the order is not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded as per your bank’s policy.
  • Since the payment is not received by us, we are unable to process such refunds manually.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • We do not offer returns on any products.
  • Only replacements are provided for:
    • Damaged products
    • Defective products

Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.
  2. Ensure the video is taken from opening the package till showing the issue.
  3. Send the video to us via email.
  • Once we receive and verify the issue, we will initiate a replacement.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns or replacements for:
    • Used products
    • Products without original packaging
    • Claims without proper unboxing proof
